In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
"Account" — The registered user account created by a Player on pop99.cam, through which all gaming activity, financial transactions, and platform interactions are conducted.
"Balance" — The total of real money funds and eligible bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
"Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, reload bonus, or other incentive awarded to a Player by pop99 under the terms of a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
"KYC" — Know Your Customer. The mandatory identity and address verification process required before a Player's first withdrawal and/or as required by pop99's internal compliance procedures.
"Platform" — The pop99.cam website, mobile-optimised site, and any application or service operated by pop99 and accessible via the domain https://pop99.cam.
"Wagering Requirement" — The minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered by a Player before the resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal. Also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough".
"Prohibited Activity" — Any conduct by a Player that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated tools, or exploitation of platform errors.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on pop99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Age Verification: pop99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a Player's age. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned.
Each natural person may hold onlyone (1) Account on pop99. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). pop99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact pop99 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
pop99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
5.1 Deposits. pop99 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method. pop99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.2 Withdrawals. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
5.3 Processing Times. pop99 targets the following withdrawal processing times after internal approval: E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX — 5 to 15 minutes; Direct bank wire — 15 to 60 minutes. These are target times and not guaranteed. pop99 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on pop99 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR /RM) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player.
All bonuses, promotional offers, free spins, and other incentives offered by pop99 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are communicated at the time each promotion is offered. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:
Migration Bonus: Players joining pop99 via the brand migration program are subject to the specific terms communicated by the migration support team at the time of onboarding. Standard wagering requirements apply to migration bonuses unless a specific written exemption has been confirmed by pop99 support.

pop99 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology across all casino games. All game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by previous results, player history, or any other external factor.
In the event of a malfunction, software error, or disconnection during gameplay, pop99 reserves the right to void affected round. pop99 will not be liable for any winings claimed to have arisen from a technical malfunction. Winnings derived from demonstrable software errors are void and will not be paid.
For live sports betting, all bets are subject to the specific rules of each sports market as set out within the Platform's sports betting section. In-play bets accepted prior to a relevant event outcome (e.g., a goal being scored) will be honoured only if accepted before the outcome was officially confirmed. pop99 reserves the right to void bets placed under eroneous odds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pop99 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, pop99 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the Account, including both bonus funds and real-money funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where a Player requests voluntary account closure in good standing, any real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pop99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of profits, or losses resulting from third-party payment processing delays.
pop99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. pop99's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
pop99 does not accept liability for any losses incurred as a result of the Player's own gambling decisions. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for managing your own play responsibly.
All content on pop99.cam — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and design elements — is the property of pop99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from pop99.cam without prior written authorisation from pop99.
